Scripture (Phil. 1:5, 1 Cor. 1:9) describes partners as those who have joined together for the common purpose of accomplishing Christ's Mission here on Earth. Nehemiah's Vision needs you to join in its Mission work.
Ways to Partner
"What your volunteers have done is amazing. I can't thank Nehemiah's Vision enough for the heroes you sent to help rebuild our home." Robbin Albreck, Crystal Beach, Texas
On September 13, 2008 Hurricane Ike devastated Mrs. Albreck's home and left her husband paralyzed from the chest down. They, like so many others, discovered their insurance didn't cover the massive flooding caused by a storm surge that reached as far as 30 miles inland. Isolated, confused and seemingly without hope, they turned to Nehemiah's Vision for help. With the help of adult and youth Volunteer Heroes, this family was able to live in their home again. They represent the many thousands of families touched by the unselfish Faith-in-Action of our volunteers - Our Heroes. With your donation of $89, you can adopt a Volunteer Hero. Your $89 represents $1,780 in disaster repairs! If you, your church, a small group or a business would like more information about our Adopt-a-Hero Program, please click here.
Ministry Sponsors are usually a group of individuals, a church or a business that take on the sponsorship of an entire home or church repair, make large one time gifts, or commit to monthly support. The expense for disaster repair and rebuild is enormous. By joining together in prayer and financial support, Ministry Sponsors have a tremendous impact in shouting God's love in a world trying to silence Him. Our Ministry sponsors are a vital part of what God is doing through the ministry. For more information about our Sponsorship Program, please click here.
Hurricane Ike struck in September 2008. More than a year later, a huge number of people are still not able to move back into their homes. In Faith, Nehemiah's Vision has been repairing, rebuilding, and hosting volunteer groups since the hurricane struck. The initial expenditures needed to mobilize is one of the reasons few non-profits do what we do. Yet, there will be tornadoes, fires, floods and hurricanes. There will be a need and Nehemiah's Vision is designed to meet it. Nehemiah's Vision has designed a unique legacy endowment called Joseph's Storehouse Endowment Program (Gen. 41:33-36). This unique program maximizes the use of government grants, when available. This allows for much of the donated funds to be repaid, usually beginning a year or less after mobilization. The Hebrew name Joseph means "Jehovah shall increase." Using the principal applied in Genesis 41, Joseph's Storehouse Endowment Program will enable Nehemiah's Vision to increase its ministry impact as it continues to shout God's Love. It also allows the Donors to exponentially increase their investment in God's Kingdom. For more information about Joseph's Storehouse Endowment Program, please click here.
