Jeff is a 33-year old widower; this photo with his daughter Skylar was taken in front of the home they lost in the fire.

Right now Skylar is staying with Jeff’s mother-in-law in Paradise.  When Jeff gets off work each day, he drives 60 miles to spend time with Skylar before driving to Fort Worth, where he is staying with his brother.
